Vertical Shaft Crusher Introduction:
Vertical shaft crusher can be used for crushing of raw materials of clinker. It is suitable for crushing cement clinker, granular blast furnace slag, limestone, sandstone, shale, coal gangue, coal block, aluminum block stone, gold ore, molybdenum ore and other materials. The crushing material has a compressive strength of not more than 140 MPa and a humidity of not more than 25%. It is widely used in: industrial sectors such as building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, electric power, coal, and mining.

Working Principle of Vertical Shaft Crusher
The movement state of raw material in the crusher is divided into 2 parts, one of which is to rotate in the cylinder, and the other is to be thrown to a certain height, that is, the state of the falling motion. The main form of the former is grinding, while the latter is impact. Raw material in the mill pulverizes the material as a result of the combined action of grinding and impact. Crushing part of vertical shaft crusher is mainly composed of 2parts: a hammering part and a counterattack part. Raw material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding port, and the impact, shearing, mashing and breaking of the hammer head reduce the particle size of the material, and then is counter-crushing, impact, shearing and self-collision of the counter-attack in the counter-crushing crushing, further reducing and equalizing the particle size of the material, thereby achieving the purpose of material crushing.
