How Does Stationary Concrete Batching Plant Work
- Aggregates are stored in an aggregate bin, they are discharged from the discharge door into the aggregate metering hopper for metering.
- After being metered, the materials are discharged onto a far-rotating flat belt, which then transfers them to the inclined belt conveyor. The inclined belt conveyor transports the materials to the receiving hopper on top of the mixer, where they await further instructions.
- Cement and fly ash are transported to respective metering hoppers by screw conveyors for metering. Water and admixtures are sent to their metering hoppers by water pumps and admixture pumps for metering.
- After the various materials are metered, the control system is instructed to start feeding them into the mixer in sequence.
- After the mixing is completed, the mixer discharge door is opened, and the concrete is discharged from the discharge hopper to the mixing transportation and then enters the next working cycle.

JS Series Concrete Mixer
The JS Serie double-horizontal-shaft forced concrete mixer is set up on most concrete batching plant models ( JS 500-JS 4000 ), and manufactured with a high-wear-resistant alloy mixing arm. Batching System
The PLD Serie Batching Machine is the first choice for batching plants with capacity below HZS 180. The feeding mechanism is arranged in a herringbone shape and is fed by a belt conveyor. Storage System
The cement silo has 2 level meters installed at its upper and lower parts: to prevent the powder from arching, an air-blowing arch-breaking device is installed at the silo cone; The electromagnetic valve controls the release of compressed air to break the powder arch. It can be designed as a sheet-shaped cement silo for convenient transportation. -
Conveying System
The powder conveying system is designed as a fully sealed section; the discharge port and the metering hopper are connected with a flexible link, ensuring no impact on metering accuracy. The receiving port has a universal ball joint design for angle adjustment. Additionally, the gap between the spiral blade and cylinder is small, this design ensures high transmission efficiency. -
Measuring System
The powder, water, and admixtures are all measured using electronic scales, ensuring high precision and accuracy in batching. The cement metering hopper is suspended on the frame with a sensor, providing a stable structure and high reliability. The water meter utilizes a water pump for unloading, while the admixture metering hopper is measured using a single hanging point sensor. -
